Help, there's bullying in my class!

When it comes to bullying, we don't look away. On the contrary: Here, the new authority meets the No Blame Approach to emerge sustainably, holistically, and strengthened from this dead end. We must respond when it is indeed bullying. But what exactly is bullying, and who contributes to it? What do we do with the parents?

Systemic Authority/Non violence Resistance Haim Omer

Haim Omer's New Authority is on everyone's lips. In this training, we will explore what the new authority entails and then collectively determine what makes sense for each participant in their system. Through case discussions and real-life exercises, participants will be able to take away helpful tools not only for their work but also for use at home.

Happiness is the new rich, kindness is the new cool

Together, we embark on a journey to explore ways to encourage teenagers to think positively and act constructively. Everything is in flux: Hormones are raging, the environment demands a successful future, peers want to experience things. And what do the students want? Using positive psychology and practical exercises that can be implemented in everyday life, we explore how we can constructively empower teenagers. This empowers them to take responsibility, unfold their potential, and navigate freely in school despite the general uncertainty.

Confident Performance in Dealing with Behavioral Issues at School

Strength instead of power. The familiar reactions to behavioral issues, such as punishing or shaming, only achieve short-term success. Why is that? And what are the alternatives? In this course, we explore the needs of children. We view behavior as a form of communication and thus figure out how to react constructively and sustainably. How can we set boundaries and still maintain a relationship?

Teambuilding: My School, My Class, My Team!

Ein Tag voller toller Erlebnisse! Wir nehmen uns eine Auszeit. Weg vom Alltag erleben wir, was es heisst, als Team unterwegs zu sein. Mit anspruchsvollen Übungen wachsen wir gemeinsam und näher zusammen. Die Herausforderungen des Alltags werden kurz beiseitegelegt. Vielfach werden so «en pasant» neue Lösungen für den Schulalltag gefunden. Die gewählten Übungen können auch mit den eigenen Schülern durchgeführt werden, um auch sie als Team wachsen zu sehen.

Online Training Internal Counseling in Schools, Basic I

This course focuses on dealing with challenging situations in the classroom. You will gain the know-how to professionally and sustainably support your team. Learn to intervene situationally and positively influence the school climate. In addition to theoretical inputs, we will work on practical, current situations at your school.

I am Margot Gammeter, born in the Netherlands, where I studied Psychodiagnostics at the Academy for Human and Work. Subsequently, I ventured out into the world to gain a more authentic perspective by looking beyond borders. One question has always accompanied me: What impact does it have on children growing up in a metropolis like Hong Kong or Mumbai, compared to a 100-person village?

Schools, external care for children, and the approach to adolescents are always a reflection of society and influenced by the values of their locations. How can we, as guides, ensure that children trust us and that, regardless of location, we provide similar opportunities for development? What is the foundation needed for children to unfold anytime, anywhere? And what do we do when faced with challenging situations with children?

We will address these questions and more in our collaboration. Together with you, I will explore possibilities to discover talents and develop them into strengths.
